Sarband is the Farsi word for being at the mountain’s summit. Sarband Restaurant was named in memory of a canyon in old Tehran where rustic restaurant were perched on the rocks preparing mouth watering grills and mezze. Friends climbed up to the restaurants and sat on traditional day beds covered in beautiful Persian carpets or gathered at tables enjoying each other’s company and a delicious food selection of freshly baked bread, appetizers, wholesome stews and grills.

Whether dining during the day or under the night sky listening to music and trickling mountain spring water, the mood was always relaxed.

Sarband Restaurant has brought this well loved tradition to Dubai for our friends to enjoy!
